Overview:

M Richard & Associates Ltd. has been instrumental in crafting a Municipal Strategic Plan for the Village of St-Pierre-Jolys to align Council decisions with the overall vision of the Village. A first step to implementing the Municipal Strategic Plan was to review and update their Development Plan and Zoning By-law. Having recently completed this process, the Village is positioning itself to accommodate sustainable growth, re-invest in community assets, and build upon existing strengths.

Challenges:

The Village provides a high quality of life and offers many natural, cultural and recreational amenities. However, there is a strong desire to bring in more business/industrial uses to the area that will support residents with employment opportunities.
